“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and right doing there is a field. I’ll meet you there”

Rumi

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe in the potential that relationships offer for growth and healing. Using authentic warmth, empathy, and humor, I create a safe environment where clients feel supported to explore and heal. I honor each individual’s story, experience and ways of coping and believe that each and every one of us has the fundamental capacity to grow and evolve.

I work with adults and families facing issues involving stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, body image dissatisfaction, feeling stuck, and shame. My approach to therapy is collaborative and relational, meaning the space is co-created and each client’s perspective and experience is honored. Grounded in a belief that change is most effective when we can see our experience clearly and without judgment, mindfulness and compassion are foundational values of my therapeutic work. I integrate several models of treatment and use a trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens. I believe that healing that takes place with the integration of the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual realms and use my background in meditation practice and as a yoga instructor to help facilitate this integration.

I am committed to constant growth, both personally and professionally, and integrate new and evidence-based modalities, research, and methods of treatment and healing.
